Our unit is 1807 west, only a few steps from the elevator to your front door. There are three eight foot sliding glass doors allowing access to the ocean front, a patio from both master suites, and living room overlooking the beach and gulf with great sunsets. We have two very comfortable chairs in the living room with their own reading lights, a beautiful sleeper sofa and love seat, room for eight at the dining table and four at the bar, and service for twelve. Just a beautiful home away from home, all this and Panama City beach's Lazy River, and water park with super splash bucket. Come on down and enjoy the good life with great rates.

Cancellation Policy
We require a non refundable deposit of 50% at time of booking and the balance 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation insurance is available for an extra 6% which is only payable in extreme emergencies. Excessive clean up or damage will be charged to your credit card or billed to you for our actual cost. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
