Our 5000 sq.ft house is located in a one street subdivision, where we own a ten acre, private estate with all types of wild life. Our property has our personal residence and two vacation homes. We own this one and our carriage house, which we also lease out for vacation, business meetings, family reunions, weddings and more. There is a three night minimum rental and no restriction on the length of stay.
We are located right next door to the Stone Mountain State Park and Confederate Memorial Park, which is similar to Dollywood and Branson, Missouri, only 30 minutes from the Atlanta international airport and 30 minutes from Downtown Atlanta with all major sports and night life.

Jan-Dec .. $500-$1000/night.
$250 Departure Cleaning Fee, as well as all State and Local taxes are required in addition to Rental Fee.
One day parties using the outside grounds, pools, grills, lower floor kitchen, and bathrooms, for up to 50 persons TOTAL COST $2000 Includes taxes and cleaning ,extra guest will be charged $25 each.

Cancellation Policy
We require a non refundable deposit of 50% at time of booking and the balance 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation insurance is available for an extra 6% which is only payable in extreme emergencies. Excessive clean up or damage will be charged to your credit card or billed to you for our actual cost. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
