This vacation rental is an Ultimate Ocean Front Family Villa condo which has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8 with 2 bathrooms.Ocean Watch is a 4 unit ocean front villa with magnificent oceans views from every place on the property . You can enjoy the ocean from your 100x60 foot patio while grilling or sunbathing. There is wireless Internet access anywhere on the property.
This ground floor flat features a large living /dining area with two oversized sliding glass doors that open onto a private L- shaped deck for out door dining or sunbathing. There are 36-in TV and DVD in the living room along with a comfy sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and features ocean view even from the kitchen sink. The first bedroom has queen sized bed, a TV and DVD and a great view of the ocean. Bedroom # 2 has a queen bed with a nautical feel. Charming bedroom #3 is pure old Tybee with two twin beds. If you need extra room, there is a connecting door into a 1 bed 1 bath studio apartment with a separate kitchen and deck and a killer ocean view.

Adjoining 1Bed/ 1Bath Studio w/ Complete Kitchen: If you need additional space, you can add on the Studio Apartment. This charming space has a connecting doorway thru the hall walls. You have a large living room with a sleeper sofa and 36 ' TV and DVD. You can lay on your queen sized poster bed and watch the dolphins play thru your two oversized sliding glass doors.
You can even see the ocean from the fully equipped kitchen. There is a private bath and separate dressing area.
Out the sliding glass doors is a small private deck and access to the large ocean front patio. This is ideal for families that want to stay together, but still maintain some privacy. It can be rented separately for smaller groups.
Fabulous Beach is just outside your door: This property offers a panoramic view of the Atlantic. You can sunbathe on the patio or play in the sand and surf. Or you can people watch the parasailors and surfers as they frequent their favorite point. You can watch as the ships begin their turns into the Savannah shipping channels or just enjoy the dolphins as they frolic in front of your deck each morning. You have a front row seat in your living room to watch the sun rise. Ocean Watch is about halfway between the PIER and the LIGHTHOUSE, so you are a short walk to almost anywhere on island.
The YMCA is across the street with exercise classes and kids activities. There are brand new lighted FREE public Tennis court just down the street. Daily or Weekly bike rental are available up the street.
And of course, it is only a 15 drive back into the historic district of Savannah.
The Patio: This large patio is unique on the island. It has been a favorite site for large family reunions and small beach wedding. There is no place on the island that offers a better private gathering spot than Ocean Watch. Our family fell in love with it so quickly that we purchased it within an hour of first viewing it. We have spent the past year lovingly renovating, decorating and improving the property. We are sure that you will fall in love just as quickly as we did. It is the ideal place to just relax and let nature flow around you.
